If you are new to flexible printed circuit manufacturing, we have prepared FAQs to guide you and facilitate cooperation with us.

Yes, we operate a factory located in both Bao’an District, Shenzhen City, China, and Jiangxi Province, China. We specialize in providing flexible PCB prototyping, manufacturing, and assembly services.

  1. Please send us your Bill of Materials (BOM) and Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) specifications. This information will help us to better understand your requirements and provide you with an accurate quote and timeline for your project.
  2. We would highly appreciate it if you could provide us with Gerber files, test documents, test procedures, demand quantities, product samples, or photos. These materials help us to better understand your requirements and ensure that we can effectively meet your needs. Please feel free to send us any relevant materials when placing an order or requesting a quote.
  3. We accept payment via multiple methods, including T/T Telegraphic Transfer, PayPal, Alipay, and West Union. Please choose the payment method that is most convenient for you.
  4. We can finish samples within 2-3 working days after all documents are confirmed. Please note that the turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity of the project and the availability of materials.
  5. After you confirm that the sample meets your requirements, we will proceed with mass production. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the timeline for your project, please feel free to contact us.

We are able to offer low minimum order(Low MOQ) support. Our MOQ is just 1 square meter. We accept orders with a minimum quantity of 1 square meter.

Yes, we provide both FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) and FPCA (Flexible Printed Circuit Assembly) services because we have our own SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Production Line. This means we can mount components onto your flexible circuit boards as well.

Quality is our top priority. We attach great importance to quality control in every step of the manufacturing process. We have a dedicated QC (Quality Control) team, as well as a QA (Quality Assurance) team, to ensure that our products meet the highest standards. Additionally, our veteran workers help us to maintain the high quality of our FPCs.

Yes, we offer OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) services for flexible printed circuits. With our OEM service, we can manufacture your products according to your design and specifications. We can also provide customizations and modifications to our existing products, such as changing the size, shape, or material of the flex PCB, to meet your specific needs.

If you have existing flexible PCB samples but do not have the Gerber files, we can clone the Gerber files from the samples to enable production. Alternatively, if you have the Gerber files but need modifications to the design, our experienced engineers and designers can work with you to make the necessary changes. Please note that additional charges may apply for design modifications and cloning services.

However, please note that we do not provide ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services and we do not offer flexible printed circuit design services.

We specialize in providing comprehensive services for flexible printed circuits, including manufacturing, assembly, and Clone/Copy services. Our services include:

  • flexible PCB (FPC) manufacturing: We require the specifications and requirements for your FPC, including size, shape, material, and any necessary technical specifications. Please note that we do not provide FPC design services, and we require Gerber files for production.
  • For component sourcing: We require a list of the components you require, including their specifications and quantities.
  • For Flex PCB Clone/Copy: If you do not have the Gerber file or are not familiar with the specifications of your flexible PCB, we can still help. Simply send us 2-3 samples of your flex PCB, and we can clone the Gerber file and produce the PCB according to your specifications. This service is especially useful if you need to replicate a design or make modifications to an existing PCB. Please note that there may be additional charges for this service, and turnaround time may be longer if we need to clone the Gerber file.
