Our Factory

Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, our factory is staffed with more than 300 skilled technicians and over 20 engineers who possess 16 years of experience in flexible printed circuit board production and SMT processes. Their unwavering passion and attention to detail are evident in every aspect of our manufacturing operations.

The first step in FPC manufacturing involves hole drilling, as shown in this image. For double-sided FPCs, CNC drilling with a diameter of 0.15mm is used, while laser drilling with a diameter of 0.1mm is employed.

Although we have an automatic silk screen device, some boards require manual screen printing to fulfill specific customer needs.

After the circuit board surface is finished, the next step is to proceed with electrical testing. Mondo ensures that all boards undergo 100% testing and pass the quality assurance checks before proceeding to the next step in the process.

Impedance testing is a method used to measure the impedance response of a circuit or device to alternating current. It is commonly employed to assess the performance and stability of a circuit or device.

Here, the main process involves laser cutting the desired shape and creating a laser window for applying the protective covering film.

In SMT, the most important aspect is achieving high adhesion to ensure components do not easily fall off, as well as high accuracy. Mondo addresses these challenges by utilizing SMT machines imported from Japan, which effectively resolves these issues.

Flying needle tests are employed for testing bare circuit boards as well as circuit boards with components. The flying needle tester utilizes one or more test needles to make contact with the circuit board under testing. The needle is then moved across the circuit board to test multiple wires or components. Flying needle testers offer an alternative to bed testers, which rely on multiple contact points to simultaneously touch the board and utilize electrical switches for measurement.

After conducting inspections on various machines and equipment, the Mondo factory also carries out manual inspections to ensure that only high-quality products are delivered to customers.

In the workshop production line, boards are stacked in an orderly manner according to the prescribed procedure. After each process is completed, the boards are hung for a certain period of time to observe their appearance.
