On January 1st 2022, it’s a special day for Mondo Technology, the professional flexible pcb manufacturer,another new factory was opened in Xinfeng county Jiangxi province,new factory has more than 6000 square meters production area,new factory with full new advanced equipment, till now ,Mondo Technology owned 2 big and advanced manufacturing factories,and also 1 branch company in Ganzhou city Jiangxi province.
Established in Shenzhen 2009, Till now,Mondo Technology have 14 years experience in flex printed circuit board manufacturing,focus on single layer,double layer ,multilayer fpc cable board design,sample creating,mass production,and clone printed circuit board.
New factory opening ceremony was started at 10:10am 1st January 2022,the CEO ,CFO,and CTO with other engineers of Mondo Technology from Shenzhen arrived here to attend this ceremony,many of our components suppliers , material suppliers ,all kinds of machine equipment suppliers including SMT equipment suppliers also attended this opening ceremony.
Our CEO,Mr Powell Xie, introduced this new flexible pcb production factory basic information and Mondo Technology’s company plan for the future,and the function for the new manufacture factory.
2 weeks ago before opening ceremony , Mondo Technology ordered different kinds of FPC producing equipment and SMT equipment, This day many kinds of new equipment all working normal in our factory, and start producing since this day ,producing single sided fpc,double sided fpc,multilayer fpc, Mondo Technology is welcoming all the world’s customers come to visit us.
These past 14 years have been a period of growth and a learning experience for us as we went through several trials and errors till we deliver successful business.

With the development of artificial intelligence becoming more and more mature, the popularity of intelligent equipment in our factory is also more and more, the new factory opened this time has a higher degree of automation than the Shenzhen factory, a large part of the machinery and equipment is fully automated, a small part is semi-automated, very few are manual operation.
Previously, four SMT production lines needed 20 employees.
Now the new factory due to the high degree of automation, four SMT production lines need only equipped with eight employees, greatly reduce the labor costs, these equipment are all imported from Japan, small error, high accuracy and high efficiency, including Japanese brand Juki SMT machine, and fully automatic screen printing machine, automatic punching machine, fully automatic laser cutting machine, fully automatic machine of the steel, Automatic adhesive tape machine, automatic reflow welder, high-end AOI testing machine.
As the labor cost is higher and higher in shenzhen, shenzhen city rent has also been improved, the PCB industry in recent 10 years in the inland migration, this is a big trend, under the same circumstances the accuracy of technical proficiency, inland low rents and low labor costs for manufacturing industry is particularly important to the survival, flexible circuit board or rigid circuit board, Now all move to mainland China, and there are some industrial parks and tax preferential policies, these preferential conditions are good for circuit board factories, for the local government economic growth and employment is also good.
Because of the high degree of full automation, skilled engineers are recruited for the technical staff. The output of our new flexible pcb manufacture factory will be more than twice that of the Shenzhen factory, and the two factories can meet the requirements of customers with different needs.
